Bestway RV LLC, operating as Bestway RV, provides mobile and shop RV repair. This policy explains how we handle information received through our website, service inquiries, advertising lead forms, calls and messages.
Information we collect
We collect the information you give us, such as your name, phone number, email address, service address, RV details, reported problem, preferred service time, and optional coverage information. We also maintain service conversations, estimates, customer and job records, and messaging consent and opt-out records. RV year, make, model and coverage details are optional on our website form.
Our hosting and service providers may process technical information such as network addresses, browser information and security events to operate and protect their services. Please do not enter passwords, payment card details, Social Security numbers or other sensitive credentials in the request form or by text.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, evaluate service needs, prepare estimates, coordinate requested appointments, communicate repair updates, maintain records and protect our systems. A requested date is a preference; our team confirms availability separately.
Service providers and disclosures
Providers supporting these activities may process information on our behalf as needed for the service they provide. These include hosting and email providers; Kickserv for customer and job records; Upfirst for call handling; Twilio for messaging; and Zapier for connected workflows. A provider being listed here does not mean every website request is automatically sent to every provider. Information submitted through a Google Ads lead form is also handled under Google’s policies before being delivered to us.
We may disclose information when required by law or as needed to protect people, resolve disputes or protect our rights. We do not sell customer information.
Mobile information and SMS consent
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented or shared for third-party marketing. Providers supporting the delivery and administration of our messages may process this information only to provide those services.

Retention and security
We retain information as needed to respond to requests, perform and document services, maintain consent and opt-out records, meet applicable obligations and resolve disputes. We use reasonable safeguards, but no website or communication method can guarantee complete security.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct or delete information we hold about you, or raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify your identity and retain records required for legal, service or accounting purposes. You can withdraw SMS consent by replying STOP to the number that sent the message; withdrawing consent does not prevent you from contacting us by phone or email.
Children
Our service request website is intended for adults arranging RV service. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information.
